Q: How do I download my app?
A: Your app’s personal download link and QR code can be found at any time in the Admin Portal webpage by navigating to the Settings section on the sidebar, clicking settings to open the full menu, and then selecting Invitation Link and QR Code.
To view the app on your mobile device, please follow these steps:
1. Open the download link or scan the QR code using your phone’s camera.
2. Fill out the registration form on the page that opens.
3. Tap “Save and Install” to download the app to your device.
Note: This process is the same for both administrators and regular users.
Q: Help! I downloaded the Adventist Community app, but my church isn’t showing up. How do I find it?
A:
For Church Leaders: If your church doesn’t have an app yet, our team needs to build it for you! Please submit a request via our contact form to get started.
For Church Members: First, confirm that you know the name of your church’s app and that you have typed it correctly. If you are still unable to register, please contact your church leadership to request their unique invitation link or QR code.
